Alpha V0.0.31 Patch 2 Delayed

Hi everyone,

The second patch for V0.0.31 is going to be delayed because of a overhaul I did to the election night simulation. Completely overhauling the UI and systems.

The bug fixes and the other features like some extra customization within the election simulator have been complete. However, because of the massive overhaul I needed to push the patch and consider it to be part of the next update on October 12th.

I'm preparing for the steam page launch as well so material related to that is also a focus on mine and I want to make sure the demo is in a good spot before then.

Sorry for the delay, but the new election night will be worth it.
