Update V0.0.31 Alpha Patch Notes and Release

Hi everyone,
Here is a list of features in the new update, which is out now! So go try it out. Screenshots have been attached for the new features. The new updated versions are attached below and can be downloaded from the project page as well.
Map and UI Updates
-
Upgraded the Idaho map to include tooltips and better interactivity.
-
Wisconsin county-level data has been completely fixed. Counties now properly report election data in both presidential and gubernatorial elections.
-
Election nights now happen on the same day across the United States instead of on staggered regional schedules.
-
Overhauled the State-level government UI to match the improved city interface.
-
Improved the election night modal visuals and readability.
Scenario and Party Tools
-
Introduced the Scenario Editor (early version):
-
Choose a country for your custom scenario.
-
Modify key country values.
-
Select which parties are available (custom, random, or scenario-specific).
-
-
Added detailed region data customization in the Scenario Editor.
-
Added the ability to customize government offices within the editor, letting you set up your own officeholders and political lineups.
-
Overhauled the Party Creator in the Creator Hub:
-
Choose detailed policy stances.
-
Create and manage internal factions.
-
Save and load your custom parties for reuse.
-
Generate random party logos and zoom/pan for easier logo creation.
-
-
Improved Party Editor within the election simulator UI.
-
Added the ability to save and load party setups for campaigns, including popularity settings across each state.
-
Party popularity can now be modified region-by-region in custom or pre-generated setups.
AI and Systems Improvements
-
Reworked AI budgeting logic: the AI no longer spikes budgets without reason and now behaves more realistically in proposing policy changes.
-
Fixed inconsistencies between crime rate in summary screens and departmental data.
-
Improved police budget and crime rate interactions so they update dynamically and accurately.
Data and Technical Fixes
-
The in-game wiki now fetches and displays data correctly in builds.
-
Fixed counties prematurely reporting to 100% before full state reporting.
-
Stopped independents from entering primary elections.
-
Corrected vote scaling in elections, no more counties with 20 million votes when the entire country has a population of 150 million.
-
Updated all wiki files with accurate and up-to-date information.
Removals
-
Removed legacy major actions, a system used before the hours system was introduced.
The next patch is scheduled for October 12th, with continued improvements to the Scenario Editor, new content for the U.S. elections, updates to Canada, and more. After that, the Steam page goes live on October 15th.
Known Bugs:
Custom parties not from the scenario editor, but from a new campaign not showing up in political entities and are not being a full, complete political party. However, custom parties within the custom scenarios are working fine.
Custom scenarios are not generating state legislature politicians in the campaign.
I probably will make a small bug fix patch within the next 3 days to fix these issues and any new bugs that arise from the scenario editor and new custom party system.
